GAC Mitsubishi announces asset transfer and leasing plan

GAC Mitsubishi plans to sell its equipment worth about 442 million yuan (including tax) to GAC Aion, and rent out its land and factory buildings worth about 1.78 billion yuan to GAC Aion at an annual rent of about 130 million yuan. This move will provide strong support for the development of GAC Aion.
