Great Wall Motors and BMW set up a new joint venture

Great Wall Motors and BMW Group announced that they will jointly invest in a new joint venture company named "Lightbeam Automotive Co., Ltd.", with each party holding 50% of the shares. The new company will focus on the research and development and production of new energy vehicles.
