Xpeng Motors' Zhaoqing plant upgrades production line in preparation for new models

Xpeng Motors' plant in Zhaoqing has been the main production base for the Xpeng P7 since it started operations in 2017. In preparation for the production of the new model, Xpeng upgraded the plant's production line in February this year. The upgrade was to accommodate the production needs of the first car under the MONA brand, which has already rolled off the production line and may be supplied by BYD. The brand name "Made Of New AI" implies innovation centered on artificial intelligence.
