Longpan Technology acquires Shandong Meiduo to enter the battery recycling field

On March 6, 2024, Longpan Technology announced that it would acquire 100% of Shandong Meiduo’s equity held by Longpan International for RMB 101 million. After the acquisition, Longpan Technology plans to increase its capital in Shandong Meiduo by RMB 50 million. Shandong Meiduo’s main business is the recycling and cascade utilization of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles.
