Guansheng shares increased capital by 350 million yuan to support semi-solid battery project

Guansheng shares announced that according to the strategic cooperation agreement with Jilin Dongchi, the company will increase the capital of the joint venture Zhejiang Guansheng Dongchi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. by 350 million yuan to support the construction of the semi-solid lithium iron phosphate battery project. The remaining funds will be solved through additional investment by the company or self-financing of the energy technology company.
