The cooperation between Huawei's Automotive BU and Changan Automobile has entered the final stage. Changan and its affiliates will invest with a shareholding ratio of no more than 40%. Currently, the negotiations between the two parties have reached the final stage, and Changan said that the final transaction will be announced no later than August 31.
