PICC P&C and CPIC P&C occupy half of the new energy vehicle insurance market

According to the annual reports and annual performance conference data of China Pacific Insurance and PICC, in 2023, China Pacific Property Insurance and PICC Property and Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. will insure more than 14 million new energy vehicles in total, accounting for half of the new energy vehicle insurance market. Among them, China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. insured 3.1 million new energy vehicles throughout the year; PICC Property and Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. insured 7.36 million new energy vehicles.
