Adient Announces Leadership Changes

Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, announced that President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Doug Del Grosso will retire on December 31, 2023. At that time, Jerome Dorlack, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will take over the positions of President and CEO and become a member of the Board of Directors. Mark Oswald, currently Vice President, Treasurer, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, will be appointed Executive Vice President and CFO, succeeding Dorlack.
