Do-Fluoride adjusts fundraising scale and cuts key lithium battery electrolyte material projects

In June 2023, Do-Fluoride announced that it would adjust the scale of funds raised by issuing A-shares to specific objects from no more than 5.5 billion yuan to no more than 2 billion yuan. The "100,000 tons per year lithium-ion battery electrolyte key material project" originally planned to raise 4.4 billion yuan was reduced to only 1.5 billion yuan. This adjustment reflects the changes in the lithium battery electrolyte market, where demand growth did not meet expectations and supply increased significantly, leading to intensified market competition.
