Analysis of Huawei DriveONE Motor Controller IGBT Module

The IGBT module of Huawei DriveONE motor controller uses ON Semiconductor's NVG450A120L5DSC, which contains two of the latest 1200V Ultra Field Stop (UFS) IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. The UFS IGBT chipset uses mature Trench Ultra Field Stop IGBT technology to provide high current density while providing strong short-circuit protection and higher blocking voltage.
