According to the 374th batch of "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chery Xingjiyuan ES and the first pure electric new car Zhijie S7 jointly developed by Chery and Huawei Smart Selection use ternary lithium-ion + lithium iron manganese phosphate batteries. These batteries are provided by Jiangsu Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL.
