Nexperia launches two new TrEOS series ESD protection devices

Nexperia recently announced that its TrEOS product portfolio has added two new ESD protection diodes, PESD4V0Y1BBSF and PESD4V0X2UM. These two products have high surge tolerance, low trigger voltage and clamping voltage, and wide passband, suitable for high-speed data line applications such as USB3.2, USB4™, Thunderbolt™, HDMI 2.1, etc.
