In order to meet the production, operation and development strategy needs of Ningxia Jiaze New Energy Co., Ltd., its second-level wholly-owned subsidiary Jixi Zeyuan Energy Storage Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. plans to raise funds through self-financing and financing from financial institutions to invest in the construction of the Jiaze Energy Storage Battery Manufacturing Park Project (Phase I) in Jiguan District, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. The total investment of the project is expected to be about 1.533 billion yuan, and the company will gradually invest funds based on the progress of the project.
