Tenneco strengthens hydrogen testing capabilities to advance hydrogen-powered internal combustion engines

Tenneco has established new hydrogen-powered internal combustion engine test facilities in Berscheid, Germany and Michigan, USA to support efforts to decarbonize internal combustion engines. These test facilities will support manufacturers' hydrogen internal combustion engine development, including concept design, durability, wear, emissions, fuel efficiency and performance testing of prototype engines and components. Tenneco uses its internal combustion engine expertise and technology to work with engine and vehicle manufacturers on hydrogen and alternative fuel projects.
