The PACK workshop production line area of ​​Geely's Shield battery project was officially put into use

Recently, the PACK workshop production line area of ​​Geely Auto Group's Geely Shield Battery Project has been officially put into use, and the first batch of equipment has begun to be debugged. The total investment of this project is about 630 million yuan. It is implemented by Xiangtan Shanju Battery Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Auto Group, and aims to build a battery manufacturing plant with an annual production capacity of 10GWh. The products will cover new energy passenger cars and models exported overseas. It is expected that after the project is fully put into production, the annual output value will reach about 5 billion yuan.
