Hunan Yuneng plans to set up investment companies and project companies overseas

In order to meet the needs of overseas markets and improve the company's market position, Hunan Yuneng announced that it will set up an investment company in Singapore and a project company in Spain. The company plans to invest approximately RMB 982 million to build a lithium battery cathode material project with an annual output of 50,000 tons. After obtaining relevant approvals, the company will start a 15-month project construction, which will be funded by its own and self-raised funds.
