Hong Kong BYD and STELLAR signed relevant joint venture agreements on June 24, 2022 and June 21, 2023, respectively, to jointly invest in the construction of an integrated project with an annual output of 80,000 tons of new energy lithium battery negative electrode materials in the IMIP Industrial Park and Kendal Park in Indonesia (the "Phase I Project").
