BTR Hong Kong and STELLAR jointly increase investment in Indonesia BTR

Recently, BTR Hong Kong and STELLAR announced to jointly increase the capital of BTR Indonesia, investing about US$299 million to build an integrated project with an annual output of 80,000 tons of new energy lithium battery negative electrode materials. BTR Hong Kong will increase its capital by US$62.79 million and STELLAR will increase its capital by US$41.86 million. After the capital increase, BTR Hong Kong will hold a 60% stake.
