Zeekr updates its IPO prospectus and sets the offering price range

Zeekr has submitted an updated red herring prospectus to the US SEC and plans to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Zeekr will issue 17.5 million ADSs at a price range of US$18 to US$21 per ADS. Some existing shareholders and third-party investors have expressed their interest in subscribing to a total of no more than US$349.08 million in American depositary shares in this offering.
