Jabil Successfully Divestitures Mobility Business Unit

Jabil has successfully sold its mobility business unit to BYD Electronics (International) Co., Ltd. ("BYDE") for $2.2 billion. The transaction was signed on September 26, 2023 and has been successfully completed. Jabil CEO Kenny Wilson said that this transaction is an important step in the right direction for Jabil and will provide the company with more investment opportunities in key business areas.
