Leapmotor C10 adopts new technology to improve structural optimization and integrated lightweighting

In order to further improve the structural optimization and integrated lightweight of the Leapmotor C10, the model uses a cast aluminum torsion box and hot-formed beam frame aluminum. The use of these new materials requires the introduction of new cold connection processes such as bolting, FDS and SPR to ensure the stability and durability of the vehicle structure.
