New car registrations in the EU increased by 12.1% year-on-year in January, and pure electric vehicle registrations increased by 29%

Driven by double-digit growth in Germany and Italy, new car registrations in the EU increased by 12.1% year-on-year to 851,690 in January. Among them, registrations of pure electric vehicles increased by 29% year-on-year to 92,741, but fell by 42.3% from December last year.
