Xinyue Energy's automotive-grade silicon carbide chip production line starts mass production

At the 2nd Nansha International Integrated Circuit Industry Forum, Guangdong Xinyueneng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that its automotive-grade silicon carbide chip production line has entered the mass production stage. The production line has invested 7.5 billion yuan and focuses on the production of silicon carbide chips for new energy vehicles and industrial applications. Currently, Xinyueneng has signed contracts with more than 10 customers and plans to achieve a monthly production of 10,000 6-inch silicon carbide wafer chips by the end of this year.
