Tesla faces $135 million fine

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is pressuring Tesla to respond to changes it made to its Autopilot driver assistance system following a recall, and the company must provide the regulator with information by a July 1 deadline or face a fine of up to $135.8 million.
