In the ranking of installed capacity of power device suppliers from January to February 2024, BYD Semiconductor topped the list with a market share of 28.3% and an installed capacity of nearly 292,000 sets. Infineon and CRRC Times Electric followed closely behind, with market shares of 13.7% and 10.7% respectively. Other suppliers such as SMIC, Star, ST, etc. also performed well.
