LG Innotek releases short-wave infrared radar

LG Innotek has launched a high-performance LiDAR that uses a short-wave infrared solution to improve detection performance in bad weather. This LiDAR can clearly see obstacles with low reflectivity, such as pedestrians wearing dark clothes, solving the problem of reduced detection distance of traditional LiDAR in bad weather such as snow and fog, and improving the safety of autonomous driving.
