Leapmotor International B.V. is established, with Stellantis and Leapmotor each holding a stake

Stellantis and Leapmotor announced that Leapmotor International B.V. was officially established, with both parties holding 51% and 49% of the shares respectively. Leapmotor International is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Xin Tianshu from the Stellantis China management team serves as CEO.
