Leapmotor International B.V. 설립, Stellantis와 Leapmotor가 각각 지분 보유

Stellantis와 Leapmotor Motors는 Leapmotor International B.V.가 공식적으로 설립되었으며, 양 당사자가 각각 51%와 49%의 지분을 보유하고 있다고 발표했습니다. Leapmo International은 네덜란드 암스테르담에 본사를 두고 있으며 Stellantis China 관리팀의 Xin Tianshu가 CEO를 맡고 있습니다.
