Stellantis og Leapmotor Motors tilkynntu að Leapmotor International B.V. væri opinberlega stofnað, en báðir aðilar eiga 51% og 49% hlutafjár í sömu röð. Leapmo International er með höfuðstöðvar í Amsterdam, Hollandi, en Xin Tianshu frá stjórnendahópi Stellantis Kína starfar sem forstjóri.
