US raises tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles to 100%

According to Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, the United States will impose tariffs on products worth $18 billion imported from China, including strategic areas such as electric vehicles, batteries, and key minerals. Among them, the tariff rate on Chinese electric vehicles will increase from 25% to 100% in 2024.
