Jiashan Saijing Capacitors Assist State Grid Hangzhou Flexible Low-Frequency Transmission Project

Jiashan Saijing Capacitor Co., Ltd. successfully delivered 1,190 DC support capacitors required for the State Grid Hangzhou Flexible Low-frequency Transmission Project. These capacitors are the core components of the project and have been delivered by the end of May this year, with a 100% pass rate in electrical tests. The project is the world's first 500 kV asynchronous low-frequency (20Hz) interconnection technology project for supply areas, with functions such as power control and dynamic voltage adjustment. The batch delivery of Jiashan capacitors marks a breakthrough in the localization of flexible DC capacitors in China, which will help break down technical barriers and reduce dependence on imported key components.
