Zhanxin Electronics launches new totem pole PFC control chip IVCC1104

Zhanxin Electronics recently released a new generation of analog totem pole PFC control chip IVCC1104, which inherits the advantages of IVCC110x series such as fast speed, high precision and small size, and has made a number of technical upgrades for practical applications. IVCC1104 is now in mass production and is suitable for 300W to 4000W high-efficiency switching power supplies. It supports silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) devices, which helps to reduce costs, shorten development cycles, and improve the performance and reliability of power products.
