Two products of Yangjie Technology won the support of Jiangsu Province's key innovation projects

Yangjie Technology's "high-voltage, high-power IGBT" product has been included in the list of new technologies and new products for key promotion and application in Jiangsu Province. This product optimizes the buffer layer thickness and doping concentration for the fields of railway locomotives and urban rail transit, and reduces the on-state voltage drop and turn-off softness. In addition, Yangjie Technology's "automotive-grade small signal chips and devices" project has also been successfully selected into the Jiangsu Province Key Technology Innovation Project Guidance Plan.
