U.S. provides $362 million loan to CelLink automotive wiring harness plant

The U.S. Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office said the United States has completed a $362 million loan to CelLink Corp. to finance the company's construction of a plant in Texas to produce electric vehicle components for the development of lighter, more efficient flexible circuit harnesses for automotive and other industries.
