Zhanxin Electronics launches 1200V high current MOSFET that passes automotive grade certification

The 1200V 17mΩ SiC MOSFET developed by Zhanxin Electronics has passed the automotive-grade AEC-Q101 certification and is suitable for driving the main motor of new energy vehicles. The maximum current (Ids) of this TO247-4 package product is 111A, and the operating temperature range is -55℃ to 175℃. Zhanxin Electronics also provides a series of SiC MOSFET, SBD and gate driver chip products with automotive standard designs.
