Zhanxin Electronics launches compact SiC gate driver IVCR1412

The IVCR1412 gate driver chip of Zhanxin Electronics is now in mass production. It has negative voltage and Miller effect suppression functions and uses an extremely compact SOT23-6 package. It is suitable for SiC MOSFET, Si MOSFET and IGBT. The chip has no gate resistor, reduces stray inductance, and improves dynamic current sharing. The integrated -2V shutdown voltage supports reliable shutdown of MOSFET. It is suitable for new energy vehicles and other industries.
