Zhanxin Electronics has shipped more than 1 million SiC MOSFETs

Zhanxin Electronics celebrated its fifth anniversary and held a six-inch silicon carbide chip automotive-grade factory casting ceremony. Zhanxin Electronics' products have been widely used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, energy storage and other fields, with cumulative shipments of more than 1 million SiC MOSFETs and 10 million gate driver chips. The company plans to continue to develop a new generation of silicon carbide products in its own wafer fab, with the goal of becoming China's leading silicon carbide power semiconductor company.
