Zhanxin Electronics has reached a strategic cooperation with Digi-Key, a world-renowned electronic component distributor. As a Chinese provider of silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductors and chip solutions, Zhanxin Electronics provides global customers with a full range of silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs and SBDs, gate drive and analog control chips, silicon carbide (SiC) power modules and other products. At present, Zhanxin Electronics' products have been launched on the Digi-Key platform and have received orders from overseas customers.
