Zhanxin Electronics receives strategic investment from Xiaopeng Motors

Shanghai Zhanxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed the exclusive strategic financing of Xiaopeng Motors, focusing on the research and development of silicon carbide power semiconductors. The financing will be used for market expansion, R&D investment and talent introduction. Zhanxin Electronics has successfully independently developed SiC MOSFET, SBD and other products, and has been recognized by Xiaopeng Motors. In the future, Zhanxin Electronics plans to continue to promote the strategic transformation of silicon carbide IDM.
