Founder of Vietnamese electric car maker VinFast to invest another $1 billion in company

Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong plans to invest another $1 billion of his wealth in electric car maker VinFast at Vingroup's shareholder meeting. Vuong and Vingroup had invested $11.4 billion in VinFast by the end of last year.
