SILEX and NIO join hands to build core strength in automotive electronics

Automotive chip and module manufacturer Xinlian Integrated Circuit (688469.SH) has signed a cooperation agreement with NIO. Xinlian Integrated Circuit will provide production support for NIO's self-developed 1200V silicon carbide modules. This move will strengthen NIO's leadership in the 900V high-voltage pure electric field, and improve its nationwide battery swap station construction and service quality, meet consumers' demand for super-charging and fast swapping, and alleviate the mileage and charging anxiety of new energy vehicles. In addition, the cooperation between the two parties in the fields of sensing, driving, connection, control, etc. will also be further expanded.
