PHINIA launches industry-first 500bar GDi fuel system

PHINIA launched the industry's first 500bar GDi fuel system at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. This system consists of fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, forged common rails, and corresponding engine control systems and software. It can significantly reduce emissions and fuel consumption without redesigning the engine.
