Xinneng Semiconductor launches new 650V120A IGBT product

Xinneng Semiconductor has recently launched a 650V120A IGBT product in TO-247PLUS-3L package. This IGBT product has the characteristics of low saturation voltage drop, high short-circuit tolerance and low switching loss, and has a built-in full-current freewheeling diode. It is suitable for motor controllers, energy storage inverters and other fields. Xinneng Semiconductor realizes the normal temperature and high temperature dynamic and static test screening of devices on the automotive-grade test screening line to meet the requirements of parallel use of devices and high reliability.
