Xinneng Semiconductor launches 1200V IGBT single tube product that meets AEC-Q101 standard

Xinneng Semiconductor recently launched two 1200V withstand voltage IGBT single-tube products that meet the automotive electronic product reliability standard AEC-Q101. These two products are particularly suitable for the inverter circuit of electric compressors and the switching circuit of PTC heaters, and have the characteristics of low conduction loss and high short-circuit tolerance. In order to improve product reliability, Xinneng Semiconductor has established a special test screening line in the Yiwu factory of automotive-grade single-tubes, which can perform dynamic and static test screening at room temperature and high temperature to ensure high reliability in the automotive field.
