Shenzhen Xinneng Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed its C+ round of financing, with Xiaomi's Industrial Investment Department investing nearly 100 million yuan exclusively. The company focuses on power semiconductor R&D, production and sales, and has more than 100 employees, more than half of whom are R&D and technical support personnel. Shenzhen Xinneng has become a well-known domestic supplier of high-voltage power devices, cooperating with more than 800 customers in the fields of home appliances, industrial control, new energy vehicles and new energy inverters.
