Qingtao and SAIC set up a joint venture to promote the mass production of semi-solid-state batteries in 2024

Qingtao Energy Technology and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation recently announced the establishment of a joint venture to promote the research and development and mass production of semi-solid-state battery technology. The two parties expect to start production of semi-solid-state batteries in 2024.
