Stellantis joins six major automakers to establish a charging joint venture in the United States

Seven mainstream automakers, including Stellantis, announced in July 2023 that they would form a new company to provide electric vehicle charging services in the United States. The move is a challenge to Tesla and an attempt to take advantage of subsidies for electric vehicle charging from the administration of U.S. President Biden.
