Faraday Future is sued by its landlord for failing to pay rent and faces the risk of eviction

Faraday Future was recently sued by Rexford Industries, the landlord of its headquarters in Los Angeles, accusing it of defaulting on rent and related maintenance fees and taxes for January and February. Rexford Industries said that Faraday Future owed a total of $91,787.26 (about 660,000 RMB). In addition, Faraday Future was also sued by BXP Realty, the landlord of its San Jose office, for failing to pay rent for December 2023, with an outstanding balance of $127,311.16 (about 917,000 RMB). BXP Realty said it was planning to evict the company.
