On November 10, 2022, Meliyun announced plans to acquire 100% of the equity of Tianjin Juyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Lishen Battery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. held by Tianjin Lishen Battery Co., Ltd. through major asset replacement and issuance of shares to purchase assets, and at the same time plans to raise matching funds.
