Valeo and Teledyne FLIR collaborate on new night vision AEB system

Valeo and Teledyne FLIR announced a collaboration to apply thermal imaging technology to existing driver assistance systems to develop a night vision AEB system that meets ASIL B functional safety level. The system is designed to help automakers meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and address the challenges of night driving.
